they lied about the gas that was in the truck cause I had gotten the truck at close to E. They made me pay for half a tank of gas and I didnt have half a tank so I will not go back to them again and I suggest that nobody goes to that u-haul busness.

Truck was not clean. The people running this location were not overly helpful. Did not understand what I was saying nor did I understand them. Very difficult transaction.

The return experience was horrible. The owner/manager tried to give me directions over the phone, because the one employee at the site had to stay at the register for other customers. They did not help me unload my car from the dolly, told me to park the trailer, disconnect, and then park the truck. It was a terrible experience.


Nothing everything was great


Trailer lights missing/broken. Also, was charged a full extra 3rd day when returning 50hrs after original rental. I realize this is perhaps technically policy, but I was only late because I went above and beyond in cleaning the trailer. Also, the proprietor acknowleged on his own that I rent from uhual a lot.

They claimed I stole a dolly when I was never given one to begin with then y'all charged me for it saying it's missing equipment when I'm not even the one who has it! I was never even given the dolly and the clerk kept yelling at me saying yes I did. I would like a refund because I would much rather not pay for something I never even got!


The young man (Afaqh) was very nice, courteous, and pleasant but asked me to back the trailer into parking because he “wasn't very good at it”. Probable ought to get him trained to back up trailers with moving trucks

It's hard trying to conduct business with someone who doesn't speak your language. And I tried to use my card at the pump when returning it so I could feel it up. But he insisted that I use the machine. Well I had to swipe my card three times and after the second time paying 20 each... my bank reached me thinking. It was fraud. So I will not use uhaul ANYMORE

I understand we are facing a pandemic, however, there has to be a better way as for communication and for when it comes to reserving trucks online. Although my situation was resolved, the next person may not be so lucky. My drop off point was not aware of me dropping the truck off, but they still took the return.


They have on the website that they sell dollies but they really don't have any at that locations- per associate Took 30 mins to check out. Personal had to use personal cellphone to complete order.

Bad communication. Could not speak English and had to get someone else on the phone. Did not help me get the trailer unhooked and off the hitch. Gave me absolutely no assistance. I will not do business with them again.

The truck was dirty on the outside, as if driven on a muddy road. The trailer they issued to me was dispatched the day before, so they had to issue me another one. This one had a broken wheel strap tiedown and a brake/turn signal light out. The electrical plug was also damaged beyond repair. I replaced/repaired the electrical plug from a trailer sitting next to the one issued to me. The rep never came out to check/verify trailer hookup. My advice, get out of the convenience store business and concentrate on U Haul, like the place in New Bern NC, where I dropped the equipment. It appears they're building a facility specifically for U Haul. Other than that, I was satisfied with the performance of the equipment.

Apparently the trailer was reserved by someone else and scheduling was supposed to call me and discuss this. It created alot of confusion at pick up. Very poor customer service on your part.
