The lady in the front office was very rude and unpleasant with me the entire time . There was a dog running around the office while I was trying to get the U-Haul pick up truck . The lady seemed racist and was very rude when I returned the truck .

Attendant was friendly but tacked on extra charges with out asking me. She added on the safe move (extra $15) + estimated my milage to 40 when i told her i was driving 15. I already checked myself in so i dont understand why she made these changes without my authorization or confirmation.

Very kind & helpful! The inside of the store made me feel like I was visiting family for the holidays & they made me feel the same! I wasn't able to rent the van id planned to rent but she got me taken care of with a bigger truck for the same price! Highly recommend! I hope i get to use their location again! Thank you!

Well the older lady who I had to deal with was the most rudely person I ever met made the rest of my day sour really hope I don't have to deal with her ever again and I'm going to need another truck very soon and probably another right after that she should just not say anything to a customer if she don't have anything nice to say I was embarrassed

I reserved a 20 ft truck and dolly for my move. This is the second time I made a reservation and both times a dolly wasn’t available at the Stuebner Airline location. Lisa was very rude and had a condescending tone. Do not recommend!!

There were initial concerns that I might not be able to rent a truck for 4 days. After it all cleared, the truck wasn't cleaned by previous customer. The lady at the front desk was a sweetheart and took it upon herself to wipe down the dashboard. She was great!

I was asked about the key I put in the drop box on Friday , however the following week on a TUESDAY I was told the box was left open and it was NOT! I was also told someone stole the biggest box U-Haul truck that u can get from the company, I was told the truck was stolen after I dropped it off . I never had a problem with any U-Haul company as much as I move but this was sketchy and an unpleasant experience! I am sure and would hope that premises with people valuables would have cameras!I will be returning back to speak with someone .

Didn’t get the two dollies I paid for, was told they’d try to take it off my bill but ended up being charged for both. Then they gave me the wrong key for the padlock, ended up locking all of my stuff inside the trailer and had to go back to the uhaul store panicked. I told them the issue and her first response was ‘well, I don’t know that we gave you the wrong key’ and ‘I don’t know what to tell you’ and ‘if we have to cut off the lock we will charge you for it’. I basically had to plead for her to help since the moving company was waiting on me. Finally, she spoke with her manager over the phone and got approval to cut the lock off. It added miles and stress to an already stressful day and in the end they acted like they were doing me a favor by helping. When I told my family what happened with the lock they were appalled at the way they handled this situation. Yes, it eventually all worked out, but it shouldn’t have been that much trouble and the attitude in responding to the issue was ridiculous and unhelpful. Was also told ‘oh we never put dollies or furniture pads in there anymore’ …. Ok so why was I allowed to be charged for it?

The fuel was listed at 3/4 of a tank, but it was actually a little under that. In the past I was told not to worry about it and was not charged. This time, the drop off location charged me for gas even though I returned it with a little under 3/4 of a tank. There should be a little tolerance allowed or more accuracy in reporting starting fuel.

After a mishap with the U-Haul app which caused me to secure a pick-up truck that the location did not have available, they were able to accommodate and provide me with another vehicle at no additional cost to me. Highly recommend this location purely for the customer service! Do not recommend the U-Haul app as this is an issue it has frequently that needs to be resolved.
