Very kind & helpful! The inside of the store made me feel like I was visiting family for the holidays & they made me feel the same! I wasn't able to rent the van id planned to rent but she got me taken care of with a bigger truck for the same price! Highly recommend! I hope i get to use their location again! Thank you!

CYNTHIA MWell the older lady who I had to deal with was the most rudely person I ever met made the rest of my day sour really hope I don't have to deal with her ever again and I'm going to need another truck very soon and probably another right after that she should just not say anything to a customer if she don't have anything nice to say I was embarrassed
