The overall U-Haul system went down when trying to pick up the truck so it took about 45 min to check out. Not the fault of this location -- The corporate U-Haul is to blame for this delay. You need to get a better system.

Office at location was full of pro-Trump and NRA stuff, and staff was wearing Trump shirts. If we weren't short on time. We would have walked out and not done business with these people. Promoting a political agenda in a business is inappropriate and, to us, offensive



I was desperate for a 10' truck and U-Haul emps searched and found me one right before closing time. I had to drive to and/or call locations, but U-Haul took care of me for my last minute need. Thank you to all those that helped me accomplish my goal.

The lady working at the desk was unstable and extremely angry after i had returned the truck. It could have been a one off/bad day for her but I thought I had better report her behavior as it was definitely out of the ordinary. I do not want to cause her trouble if this was just a temporary problem but if this kind of behavior has been reported before, UHaul needs to be aware. I returned the truck about 1 pm (3 1/2 hours early - rental was until 4:30 pm). I advised her twice I had swept it down but had not vacuumed or washed it out and gave her the chance to inspect it so I could fix any problem she might have with it. I had plenty of time at that point as well as a ride standing by. She did not want to inspect it even though she had no other customers and told me it was fine. About an hour later while I was eating lunch at home, she called very agitated saying the truck was full of drywall debris in the back and mud in the cab.She claimed I never swept it and that it was "unbelievable"; that a customer wanted it but it wasn't ready. I tried to calm her down but could not, so I told her I would come clean the truck again. When I went back and picked up the truck I inspected it closely. There was only minor drywall dust that had not been picked up by the broom and some dirt on the mats and door step. There were no clumps of mud in the cab and only small drywall particles in the back. It was only what could not be picked up by sweeping alone. Nevertheless, I took the truck back to my home, cleaned it by hand, both moping the back and wiping it down by hand (which took only 15 minutes). I returned the truck before 3 PM (rental was until 4:30 PM). When I returned the truck, she said it was still not clean. I had cleaning material in my hand and asked her to show me where it was not clean so that I could clean it. She refused. I asked her to sign a piece of paper acknowledging the truck was clean or detailing what the problem was. She refused. She said the only thing I needed was the receipt and that I needed to leave. She would not acknowledge any of my concerns or give me a chance to rectify whatever was in her mind that I had done wrong. I paid the bill even though she added the additional mileage for me having to pick the truck up again. She started firmly (angrily) saying goodbye, so I left.
