I reserved the truck for pick up and drop off at a different location more convenient to my home. The location got changed a couple days prior to my pickup. Then when en route to return the truck I had to drive past the preferred location I selected and they had plenty of trucks on the lot.

The truck was not swept out. Cabin was also dirty. Headlight was burned out. I paid for a dolly and moving blankets - not there. Phone number given for that U-Haul was disconnected.
