Lot was very rough and not easy to get into. No place to turn around really and unhook. I went in to return the equipment and they acted like they didn’t know what to do. So I had to come back to my car and chat Customer service after I took a video of the trailer and where we parked it.

The site did not have anyone available. It wasn't clear where to leave truck. Drop key box was at the building next door. Very confusing.

That was the worst experience I've ever had. Aside from it being a run down motel. There was only one exit. It took us almost 45 minutes to physically get my truck and trailer out of the crowded lot. The man was so unprofessional, when we finally dod figure out how to get me and the trailer out of the parking lot, he hooked up the chains all messed up, I had to remind him that I wanted to make sure the lights worked. Then to boot when I asked if I had the additional things I requested... he said no... but I can go to another uhaul place to get them. That's not what I paid for. I booked my apt way in advance, and just trying to get out of the sleezy motel parking lot had already set me behind. By far I think you need to check into more who you are handing those 3rd party licenses to cuz I was livid at every aspect of that.. you would have been too

Worst experience ever. I went out of my way to drop the rental at this specific location when there was a nice location 5 minutes from me. Terrible experience and they should not be allowed to be a u-haul location. I should get a refund back.
