The whole experience was HORRIBLE. We had broke down in Wall South Dakota and called around to rent a truck to get us and our trailer back home. As it turns out Uhaul is the only one I could find in that area that rents trucks one way. I called and reserved a truck at one of the rapid city locations and hitched a ride there. Once we got there it started out bad (as the lady was rude as hell) then just to find out that they didnt have the truck we reserved. So she sends us across town in rush hour to another location saying the truck was there. We get there and there is no truck and according to the guy there this is a daily occurance. So we caught a ride to our destination and borroed a truck from a friend to drive all the way back to get our trailer and go back to our destination. Then a few days before we were scheduled to head back home we started the whole game all over again. After a whole lot of phone calls and headaches we were sent to another store in Rapid City to get our truck and it was a straight up stinky, sketchy, Ghetto ass motel that the Motel check out cleark who has never rented a truck was coached over the phone until the guy gave up and handed the phone to me to finish up the deal. We then got the truck (larger than we needed and drove back to get our trailer than turned around and headed back to Zimmerman MN. End of story. The truck worked fine. Thanks,

How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocation did not even have ink to print the paperwork, nor even asked if I needed assistance hooking the trailer up to my vehicle and not to say it was the worse condition of a trailer (logos actually crusty and peeling off the trailer with rust on the tire rims, not what I would expect from U-Haul.
