The trailer was in a difficult position for getting hooked up to my vehicle, and no assistance was given from the rental business.

I rented a 15 foot truck which easily held all of my garage items for 72 hours while I resurfaced the garage floor. The truck had a ramp and came with a cart to help move heavy items. Very friendly staff, easy rental process, excellent location close to my residence for my in-town moving need. I only put two miles on the truck. Reasonable price for the equipment. I did buy the insurance because I had limited insurance available from my personal vehicle insurance policies. It was unlikely that I would have any damage to the vehicle, but I decided to be cautious and the insurance was reasonably priced. The interior of the cargo area was clean and I made sure I returned it clean. I would rent from this location again.
CRAIG KBarely had enough rooms to get trailer out and then could only go 1 directions and there was no exit! Had to disconnect push back turn around hook back up and then avoid 4 different vehicles to get out of the lot! And then only had 1 tail light.
richard cDrop off was a pain in the butt. They have a unhaul location Set up at a shady hotel in rapid city sd on tower road. There is not room enough to drop a large trailer off. The other U-Haul Place in rapid with plenty of room stated there would be a surcharge for dropping it off there. Made me a little upset. Not sure I will go through that hassle again.
BRAIDYN BI rented a 15ft truck and auto transport. drove over 850miles, and the truck did not have cruise control - REALLY UHaul! put cruise in your trucks. Made my leg sore and speed highly variable with the changes in terrain. Variable speed is very unsafe! Dealers and support were great!
