Location did not even have ink to print the paperwork, nor even asked if I needed assistance hooking the trailer up to my vehicle and not to say it was the worse condition of a trailer (logos actually crusty and peeling off the trailer with rust on the tire rims, not what I would expect from U-Haul.

DANIEL WI rented a 15 foot truck which easily held all of my garage items for 72 hours while I resurfaced the garage floor. The truck had a ramp and came with a cart to help move heavy items. Very friendly staff, easy rental process, excellent location close to my residence for my in-town moving need. I only put two miles on the truck. Reasonable price for the equipment. I did buy the insurance because I had limited insurance available from my personal vehicle insurance policies. It was unlikely that I would have any damage to the vehicle, but I decided to be cautious and the insurance was reasonably priced. The interior of the cargo area was clean and I made sure I returned it clean. I would rent from this location again.
