I've been overcharged for mileage. I recorded 8 kms distance and have been charged with 57 kms instead. I've left a message and yet to receive any callback.

Daina HWhile the representative was very helpful, the area to pick up the truck was dirty, and the driveway had severe potholes. The truck given to us was mostly clean but there was some trash left behind inside. One of the windshield wipers was missing (it was a rainy day). The grounds could use some work.

DOUGLAS CI put more fuel than I was required because the gauge did not move as I was fueling. It was not until the end when I had left to get a true reading. If the van was full when I picked it up, I would have left it the same and becomes a non issue. Other than having to pay more for the service, everything else was great. That is why a four star is warranted.
EDGAR Mit was a very poor run down location with too many potholes and cracks on the road. the business signs were broken and chalk was used to indicate arrows and direction.

REA GI've rented the vans from this uhaul location many times over the past few months. I found the vehicles to always be clean and in fine working condition. The gentleman who assisted me was always friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this uhaul location. Five stars.

TIMOTHY SThe guy working there was very disorganized. He gave us a hard time with our payment method so that took 30 minutes, then when he pulled up our truck to hook up the tow dolly we were also renting, the connector for the lights didn't work. He then swapped the truck out and only one light worked and after 45 minutes of the mechanic testing the same wires, they realized that the bulb was burnt out and they couldn't replace the bulb because they didn't have it on sight. So he swapped the reservation for the dolly to a different location and sent us 30 minutes across the city to get a different tow dolly where we ended up having to switch trucks because he gave us the original truck with the broken connector plug. After we got a new truck and tow dolly from the second location, we then drove back to the original location to pick up my car. This whole process set us back 5 hours for our move to Manitoba, meaning we lost a day of driving and my partner had to miss his first day back at work. Upon arriving in Winnipeg, we were told that they messed up the paperwork for our ONE-WAY reservation and we were supposed to be returning the truck to the original Toronto location. Obviously that wasn't happening, and we managed to sort it out with the very accommodating gentleman at the U-Haul here in Winnipeg. Regardless, we will never be using U-Haul 's services again.

MILION GDouble check tire pressures. I had to adjust a trailer tire as it was very low. But great service
ROBERT JNothing! Everything was perfect. Staff are friendly and the van was waiting for me when I arrived. Check in was easy and I was on my way. After I returned the van, I was billed right away for the amount I assumed it would be. I have rented from here a few times and even though there are locations closer...I continue to go back here because of the service. Thank you Sukhi Auto!

Tural HIt took me a while to understand what fuel to fill it with. Maybe put a sticker saying it's petrol (not diesel). Also the windshield was very oily, I could barely see at night, and couldn't find anything to wipe it with. Other than that, everything was smooth, and the truck condition was impressive! Will recommend!
