Very hard to get into this location, very tight corner around to the front of the location. Location resembled a junk yard and had a large Pigeon house/dovecote that was very dirty.

I booked a reservation request online about a month prior to the date I was renting a truck, asking for a 9 AM truck on Laird Drive.. I received a confirmation email saying my order will be ready at 4:30 PM the same day, at this location (not Laird Drive). I quickly called and had it sorted - the earliest time they could do was 10 AM (which was when I had my elevator booked for moving out, at this location instead of the one closer to my condo). Arrived at 10 AM, they had one person working the front desk. I waited about 25 minutes in line for them to tell me that they had NO TRUCK for me! I asked the man to call the people who were using "my" truck the night before and see why they haven't returned it. Turns out, they returned it to a different location. WHY DIDN'T YOU CHECK AND NOTIFY ME BEFORE I ARRIVED? I had to drive to this new location further away from my house (losing time for moving out) - and I get there and guess what? THEY GAVE MY TRUCK AWAY. The guy said the truck # I Indicated was returned and given to someone else who came before me and to call customer service and that the first shop shouldn't have sent me there. I'm now CRYING and trying to get a hold of customer service (on hold for 20 mins until I hung up because I couldn't get through). The man says he has no other trucks available. While I'm in the queue waiting for customer service, my boyfriend is calling the original shop for me. Turns out, the people didn't actually return the truck yet. WHY DIDN'T YOU CALL TO TELL ME THIS? And why did the Carlton location LIE to me and say this truck was received and rented out again. I finally get my truck around 11:30 at this Carlton location FURTHER away from my house and 1.5 hours late. We had 1 hour left to move out. We didn't even get to fill our truck before we had to leave our condo. This was the WORST service by far. On top of that, I got my invoice and looked it over and they had a different return location chosen for me then the one I requested - WHY didn't you tell me this??? If I didn't actually read my invoice that same day, I wouldn't have returned it where it was required and potentially have messed up someone else's reservation.

We waited over an hour to get the truck! The employee was not helpful. He spent a hour saying the other client was late then switched his story to say the head office had doubled booked the truck. Had a smirk on his face all the time. Did not care at all that we had 7 hours drive to do after loading. Gave me information the head office then unconfirmed. Might avoid uHaul completely because of that experience.

The Pickup Location was helpful and awesome, but UHaul's website and reservation system SUCKS. I reserved for a completely different location, and YOU DIDN'T SEND ME AN UPDATE WHEN YOU CHANGED IT.

Vehicle I reserved was not at the location. I was told I would not be charged for insurance or rental fee based on this error. I received a massive gas guzzler instead of the van. I did mobile return, disputed the charges, no one has called me to resolve.

Nothing to do with the location but we were called 2 days prior to our pickup date telling us that they had moved our pickup location to another city (Toronto -> Bomanville). When I told the customer service rep who called that this was obviously not going to work, she simply apologized saying, "...there was nothing they could do.". I called back, spoke to someone else and magically we could pick up our truck at Sukhi Auto 2km from our preferred location. The second person had no idea why the first had called with the Bowmanville location and I was told there were no supervisors or managers to speak with. Made for a very stressful period right before our move at the end of the month. Due to this I can't recommend using uHaul for anything critical.

Very tight squeeze driving in this lot...very nice staff and completely helpful.....not all Uhaul locations in Toronto area take trailer dropoffs...somewhat difficult to locate which locations accept trailer dropoffs

It was a little hard to find and glad I didn't drive and leave my car there because there wasn't a lot of space to park. The staff were friendly and got the van I needed ready for me. Overall a good experience.

After being given the incorrect vehicle at the Queen St W location, I had to drive all the way out here to get the vehicle that I had originally requested. My CC was charged a second time, and still has not been released. I currently have $140 of charges on hold in my account from U-Haul, and paid $40 extra for ubers to this location that I should not have to go out of my way to. I also wasted an extra 30km on the truck because of how far I had to travel to this location.

The location was fine, however, I tried to use the UHAUL app to pickup my vehicle and it did not work. Although I didn't show any errors on my end the live verification technician said the pictures did not submit. This caused a 30 min delay. Thankfully Sukhi dealer was open a bit earlier than 9:30am and it did not cause further delays.
