I reserved the truck through the app a while back. When I arrived to pickup the truck on Sunday evening at 7 pm the app would not give the the code for the lock on the truck to get the keys. After a long time on the phone with the U-Haul office I was unable to get access to the truck and had to come back on Monday after 8 am when they returned to the office to get us the keys. I had to walk the 3 km and back to the U-haul location with no result.

MARK DThe Van had a foul odor from a previous renter. I called the following day to let them know about the condition. They said they were going to clean and detail the interior of the van. They did thank me for reporting the condition of the van so they could clean it. The interior of the van was clean. Appreciate the reimbursement for the fuel I put in the van before returning it. Being a previous renter my cell # was on file. When I called for the reservation of the van for the next day, the reservation was very immediate. Excellent service. The rental process was efficient, only a few minutes, with my information being of file. I hope this information is useful. Thanks, B.
