SIVANESAN KThe whole app thing.. it might be okay for some people but it was awful for myself personally. I rented a truck... (i have epilepsy and do not drive) my licensed friend picked up/drove/dropped off the truck... because I ordered it, I was automatically the insured driver? And since he dropped it off, I was not with him so I could not 'check in' the truck on the app since I was not at the location... the whole app bit was super 'janky' and simply did not work for my specific rental situation.. but my friend reported the pick up and drop off was smooth.. though dropping off with noone at the location, and being unable to 'check it in' on the app . Left me nervous until the Tuesday after the long weekend when I finally got an email saying they 'checked in' the truck...
