I brought truck back with over a 1/2 of tank of gas the gauge read between a 1/2 tank and 3/4 of a tank of gas , I rented truck with the gauge was exactly so i returned it with more gas than i rented it with and yet you charged for gas !!!!

Deena KPerson at the location said I could come up to an hour early to pick it up. But when I came 40 minutes early, he didn't tell me I needed to change to drop it off time or I'd be charged for 2 days instead of one. They put a hold on my card for $84 instead of 42 and he didn't know why. He told me if it's a mistake I have to call uhail he can't deal with it. I returned the trailer at 5:15 on June 16th, but he never put it through the system, and it was listed on the website as me being overdue for 3 days. Luckily when I call customer service several times, they help me. I will gladly use U-Haul again but never go to Sullivan's Liquors again for U-Haul

EBONY GOriginal drop off on Cranberry in Wareham was not helpful at all, wouldn’t take the drop off. After calling another location and UHaul customer service, we were able to drop off.
