I needed a 5’x9’ trailer to transport my golf cart.my lifted golf cart is 57” wide at its widest point, so a60” wide trailer should have been sufficient. Imagine my surprise when I arrived home to load the golf cart, only to find out that the loading ramp was only 57” wide! I returned to the dealer and was given a 6’x12’’ trailer. No problems now, right? Imagine my surprise when I tried to load my cart, only to find out that the loading ramp was exactly the same as the 5’ trailer! I ended up unhitching it and driving 39 miles to borrow my brother in law’s trailer. I am very disappointed in my rental experience. What would it cost you to indicate the actual loading ramp dimensions on your website? I can’t be the first one to have this problem? A total waste of time, effort and money!

GREGG TUnit's hitch was so bad that the installer and couldn't get it on securely I had to use a big pipe wrench to get it on properly. The roll-up door didn't want to stay closed securely Finally the drop off location refused to take the unit and I finally found a location in another town

The young man had a very bad attitude and did not give us much info at all, he didn't care if we did bisuness there or not. But the location where we picked up were extremely professional and helpful. We've already recommended them.

AUDYMAR OTrailer tire was low air after being loaded. I had to air up a couple of times to travel 400 miles! Trailer looked like it had been in salt water and all hwheels were rusty.

Mark CThey did not have a person working who could process a U-Haul transaction. Apparently, only two of their employees are trained and one was off and the other was at the doctors office. So I had to wait while they called multiple people at U-Haul customer service to get help for our reservation. There are so many other locations I could have chosen that do U-Haul as a regular business. They should not be a potential pick up location if they cannot staff accordingly.
Robert EWas charged for fuel when the truck was returned with the same amount of gas as it was received earlier in the day. The guy from the first location said to return it with the same amount of gas but at the drop off location they charged for fuel.

Kengra FTeach the girl at the counter for pick up about customer service! I arranged for mobile pickup at 7:30am. Truck was not ready and no key left for early pickup. Then she argued with me that it was set for 9am pick not mobile!
Sidney BMaintain your equipment better. The front tires were out of alignment. The truck shimmies at speeds over 55 miles an hour.
LAWRENCE BLocation was great, employees were friendly but the van did not have air conditioning. 3 hours of driving in hot air was not fun. An alternative vehicle was offered at a different location but time did not allow for this to happen. The vehicle I had only had around 21K miles so this shouldn't have been an issue.

Michael BI was not sure why the trailer we picked up could not have been moved by a dealer to the location where I had requested it...I had to drive across Ocala to get the trailer, when there was a location within a 5 min drive of where I was staying. Also, the lad who attached the trailer really didn't tighten the chains well, they were dragging a bit, and I twisted them (as U-Haul indicated in their tutorials) so that the chains did not drag. I have to admit: we went through a lot of rain at highway speeds and the unit was bone dry when we got home. I was concerned when U-Haul indicates that they are water-resistant but not water-proof! This trailer was great!

Kyle HOther than being charged for 8 miles more than I drove, the experience was great. I did not have proof other than a picture I took of the mileage prior to leaving, so I didn't fight it. My suggestion is to make damned sure that the info you enter prior to acceptance of equipment is correct.
Reta WAlthough satisfactory, this location was not a “U-Haul” facility. As such you could easily tell it was just a side job for them not their primary business.
Russell BU-Haul changed my reservation to further away from the original location. When being charged mileage, it felt like this was a way to make extra money. Also, I was charged for fuel and shouldn't have been... we didn't take a picture before we left so we just had to accept what the system charged us. Also, there is something to be said for a human experience... not a fan of the self check-in and checkout.... there was no support or anyone to answer questions. I'll probably go back to using Penske next time so I can have a person to speak with.
Amy CI had to pick up a truck on Sunday It took me one hour to be able to get the Code for the lock key. Because my phone Was showing that I was .01 mile From the location. I was put on hold and transferred two or three times each hold time was 15 to 20 minutes there should be a way for you to give them the information over the phone and they can give you the lock code it was very frustrating finally had to find somebody with an iPhone and then we had to go through a lot of channels to get that still was very disappointed and still don't understand the receipt they gave me they gave me two separate charges don't know that it has anything to do with the location think it has more to do with U haul There needs to be a better way for people to get a code to open a lock box After hours
connie cFill in the pothole in the driveway, and keep enough people on staff on the phone assistance line to be able to keep people from waiting on hold for 37 minutes. (Not an exaggeration!) Also allow enough mileage to get from the pick up point to the drop off point with a reasonable allowance for getting to a house to pick up furniture. The drop off point had to fix the problem for me.

Darwin LThe handling of the return of my uhaul cargo trailer was poorly done. Even though I was approached by a friendly employee who unhitched the trailer there was no followup to UHaul that I had returned it in a timely manner.
