We were unaware that there was no help at pick up. Made several attempts to call and get this straightened out. First person I spoke to sent me a link and said follow instructions Second person I spoke to was helpful and walked me through a 40+ minutes of trying to resolve sign in issues MY ADVICE TO ALL, Never go here to pick up a vehicle NEVER GO TO ANY PLACE WHERE THERE IS NO ON SITE ASSISTANCE.
