It was a easy pickup and drop off

JUSTIN STurned my 15’ truck in on day 2 of a 4 day rental. At key drop off the store was open but was told the checkin person was busy, I could wait for checkin or just leave the keys and they would check it in later and I would receive a email showing the closed receipt. The next day, Day 3 of rental, I checked the app and the truck had not been checked in. I stopped by the store and was told they would get to it soon. The next day, day 4 of my rental, the truck was not checked in. I called the store and the lady in the phone was rude and said “I’ll get to it” . The truck was finally checked in an hour after the scheduled drop off time. I would not recommend this drop off store to anyone.
