Understaffed enough that no one ever answers the phone. You receive an automated message telling you they are too busy to answer and they will call you back shortly. If tou are lucky enough to get the call, the woman on phone was short and curt. When you arrive to pick up rental, same bullshit, same waiting game, same attitude. A few texts back and forth, load your rental by yourself and send a picture of hitch back to someone.behind the orange curtain. Never met a human, had zero interaction and felt pretty impersonal, unlike every other U-Haul rental previously. Lady on phone even asked me what lot I was in to pick up rental. Clearly too many lots to actually care about customer service or repeat business. I will not rent here again.

JASON CTerrible check-in experience. The truck was covered in Bird poop and bugs. I ordered a dolly; none was available. The truck was in terrible working condition, with a wheel shake on the highway. I had to call the location several times to get the checking process started.
