I had to go in to collect the key. The gentleman that helped was VERY polite and it was so refreshing after the morning we had. My only takeaway is that the establishment smelled of cigarettes which was concerning as I'm an asthmatic. Other than that, we were very pleased.Staria C.

This was not the location we were supposed to pick up from, but they were quick to provide most of the equipment we needed. The truck park has a lot of damage: broken mirror, broken front bumper, and numerous scrapes and dents. Overall, the truck operated fine.SCOT T.
Old truck. Smelled of burning oil. I would not recommend unless my friends checked out the truck well first. We drove 11 miles and put $10.01 dollars of gas in. The company added $21.00 to my bill unexpectedly. There is no way we used that much fuel to travel 11 miles. Sorry.John S.
When ask about the difference in quoted price (about 70 dollars) was told the quot did not include taxes Was never offered or even mentioned that the travel coverage or told that it was most of the difference in the price which I would have declined but didn't have the choice This happen because of traveling interstate and had an accident and needed a truck and tow dolly to get vehical from SC back to home in FLJohn S.
