People were very nice. Place is a very dated. Only one computer so if multiple people are here be prepared to wait.

I only use 13 miles in they charge me 22 miles
Petina TI truly enjoyed my experience but the vehicle itself definitely needed some care. The vehicle was clean but the alignment was atrocious which made it difficult to drive the distance I needed. I made it work and got there and back safely but not really the most seamless experience driving. I still would go back 1,000 times over for the customer care alone though.

Every type of truck was available, which was pretty impressive and the process of getting signed in and getting in and out with the truck was smooth as well doing the mobile pick up. This location is prepared at all times to get trucks in and out. I would most definitely recommend this location over most locations in Sumter, South Carolina. Great job guys.
