I got over charged and even when calling the uhaul customer service number I had to argue with the representative who refused to refund what I was owed back. We’ll never rent uhaul again.

Petina TI truly enjoyed my experience but the vehicle itself definitely needed some care. The vehicle was clean but the alignment was atrocious which made it difficult to drive the distance I needed. I made it work and got there and back safely but not really the most seamless experience driving. I still would go back 1,000 times over for the customer care alone though.
