Karen AYoung gentleman that waited on me was very rude argumentative I’ve used U-Haul for 25 years and based on his experience, his rudeness and unprofessionalism if I can find anything else to rent, I will I will not use U-Haul again. The young man’s wife was very nice when I had rented a week before that, but I would not recommend her. We use him for anything.

THOMAS HCustomer service person was friendly and polite. Location was average but very functional. Rented a trailer and my truck’s monitoring system said neither turn signal was functioning on the trailer. Was not going very far and took the trailer, notified customer service person about the turn signals and he was aware that they did not function. Seems odd they would rent a trailer with a known safety issue.

armando fSo I needed a last minute reservation, for a 5x9 (EZRAMP) Utility Trailer. I could not find anyone in my area that had one. Feed & Seed 2 showed they did on the Uhaul App but I always am reserved about stock in non corporate locations. I called the number and (Sarah?) answered being very friendly and helpful. It was almost too easy! The guy that set it up was also very helpful. We had a lot of issues with Uhaul's app but he worked around it. Setup was very quick and easy. I would say I was in and out in half the time as a corporate Uhaul. If we didnt have app problems Id say I was finished in 1/3 the normal time. I also had a huge catastrophe the day of return (I did 24hrs) and had the absolute WORST day. I had my fiance call Sarah and she took care of everything made it real easy. Thank you both. and Yeah the store wasn't the brightest on the inside, and theyve got some stuff on property but I wouldn't feel unsafe there. Seems like a family run thing and I totally support that!!!!

hipolito tHey what's up us like you trade the Twilight zone. Was a very dark and weird store. We were already upset because we were called after 5:00 on Friday to tell us that our truck was not available in Temple Terrace as we had been told. So we had to drive an hour to Ruskin / Sun City . Our time and gas😡 I don't understand why when there's three dealers in Temple Terrace the truck could not have been in Temple Terrace but if you were going to have to make us move to another location we should have been given had a minimum 24 hours notice. When you're moving you do not need this additional stress and you do not have time or energy to do all this that you required!!

Janet BWas not the location that we had originally placed the online rental for the vehicle. The employee there acted like he was doing us a favor by renting us the truck. The truck was on empty. When asked how come there was no gas the employee said that he did have a drivers license to go get gas for it. We also placed a an order for a dolly online however there were none there whci hwe would hope to have been notified by email that we needed to go to another location and either purchase one or rent on.

SARAH FWas told it wouldn’t be a problem to drop off an Interstate rental but you charged me anyway for WRONGDROPOFF. Will never recommend or use your Co ever again. Dont spend the $117 in one place. You wont get a dime from myself or anyone I can dissuade from using your petty Co. ever again.

Patrick RIt seamed very sketchy and dirty. Half the lights were not working, open electrical boxes.
Tim IVery unprofessional, guy came from back putting his shirt on no shoes, dog barking, kids with no shirts or shoes on, truck was not clean still had items it, had to remove I had to wait, truck had no gas had to put gas in it and that's just picking up the truck. Returning truck, no lights or defining where to leave truck, grass over grown, gravel lot has more personal junk and less space for Uhual equipment. Horrible experience!!! Would not recommend to my worst enemy

mike rTruck was dirty and damaged. Charged me for 2 gallons of fuel when I brought back with same ( and probably more) fuel than when I got truck. I have pictures to prove it. Will not rent from this facility again.

junior oOld building on location looks pretty seedy. However, personnel were friendly and took care of us quickly.
judith sDavid and his wife made the whole process simple and quick. No hidden fees or complications. The van they offered was the perfect size and the air conditioner probably saved my life from overheating during my move! I'd recommend them to anyone in my area and will definitely use them again!

Ronald BService was extraordinary! We took a chance on getting our project accomplished on late Sunday rather than waiting until Monday morning. We were received with friendly service and were able to cut three hours off our Monday prep for our summer’s trip! Thank you. We had no problems and were able to return the trailer within a couple hours to the same spot where we picked it up. There was one point I did want to clear up: when I asked the attendant if he had noted that the wheel wells were dented, he said “Don’t worry about it—you bought the insurance.” Thinking about that later, I didn’t purchase the insurance to cover pre-existing damage! So please note that I take no responsibility for the minor wheel well dents from previous bumps. We incurred zero damage!
ROGER WThe location is hard to reach and in a less then safe feeling area. Also tried to up charge me for gas when tank was set back to half. Have photos to prove such.
