How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe couldn’t find the location-there is no sign displayed. I called and was told a guy would come to us and when I called back a second time I was told the pickup was scheduled for 10am and it was 9:59 so I would have to wait. It took 30 minutes to get the trailer and get on the road. The job was done but not a pleasant experience.
Maria SAsked for a refund, Did not receive, I needed a trailer with a rear opening of 60 inches, I was told it was 60 inches, picked up the trailer, went to destination, unit would not fit due to the opening being 57 inches, last time I checked, 60 inches and 57 inches are not the same

Thaddeus SI arrived prior to their advertised store closing, but no personnel were around and had obviously gone home early for the day. The location was not well-marked and there was no UHaul signage. Other than a corner dirt lot filled with UHaul trucks, there was nowhere to drop off. I had to move a smaller trailer (blocking the driveway) by hand in order to make space to drop my trailer. The key box was broken and I was hesitant to leave the keys exposed, but luckily saw a small, faded, handwritten slip of paper that said if you need help to call this number. I called and then found out where to leave the keys so they were secure. Anyone else would have left the truck and trailer in the street or at another business located in this industrial park. I do not understand why the return was planned for this location when there is a huge UHaul business right down the street that would have been much more convenient, not anywhere near as confusing, and would not have required ME to manually move equipment around in order to drop off my truck and trailer (which after a LONG day of moving was the last thing I needed!). I would recommend UHaul staff immediately make a personal visit to this location to improve the dropoff process.
