I arrived prior to their advertised store closing, but no personnel were around and had obviously gone home early for the day. The location was not well-marked and there was no UHaul signage. Other than a corner dirt lot filled with UHaul trucks, there was nowhere to drop off. I had to move a smaller trailer (blocking the driveway) by hand in order to make space to drop my trailer. The key box was broken and I was hesitant to leave the keys exposed, but luckily saw a small, faded, handwritten slip of paper that said if you need help to call this number. I called and then found out where to leave the keys so they were secure. Anyone else would have left the truck and trailer in the street or at another business located in this industrial park. I do not understand why the return was planned for this location when there is a huge UHaul business right down the street that would have been much more convenient, not anywhere near as confusing, and would not have required ME to manually move equipment around in order to drop off my truck and trailer (which after a LONG day of moving was the last thing I needed!). I would recommend UHaul staff immediately make a personal visit to this location to improve the dropoff process.

Tair J1. The exterior of the trailer absolutely filthy dirty when I picked it up. 2. There was no one there to help me hitch it up. 3. The wheels were down in a ditch. It was very awkward to hitch it up. 4. While I am making these complaints, I'd like to complain about a previous UHaul experience. The lighting pigtail that UHaul (Castleton/Indianapolis) install on my 2020 GMC Acadia was wrong. The installer left the wiring improperly secured. The wiring came loose, dragged on the ground and, destroyed the pigtail connector. I had to splice a new one onto the old wiring. When I complained to the facility, they told me the installer had been fired.
ANDREW CThere were no keys in the lockbox and only by chance a gentleman who knew the onwer came by, called him and was eventually able to find keys. Plus the truck was basically blocked in a parking space, had to fold the mirrors in and guide it out of the lot.
Luke KSun City Feed and Seed had no one at their store. I had to call and finalize the transaction over the phone. I had to attach the tow dolly to my truck which was fine because I am a man. But what if it had been a little old lady. Finally, my in line reservation was going to cost me $86. However, once I got to my drop off point there were charges that I did not make and my bill was $109.65. Sun City Feed and Seed will never get my business again.
