Only issue is i got charged again for the insuracce fee of $100 I dont order this. In fact I had the $200 last time but didnt order it The guy who checked me in, tall silver blond with glasses and gotee, he asked me specifically and i said no then the printer was down so i never confirmed at store with inv until i just saw the receipt again today

ROBERT VA tale of two people. My original pickup location was changed due to availability. Upon arrival at the new pickup location the first person attempting to help me told me the rate was now over $400, much more than my reservation. Discovering that insurance and pickup/drop off location changes were the cause, this apparently newer EE struggled to correct the issue. Enter second employee. He handled it quickly and effectively. Great job by him. Bottom line, better training for the newer person is an opportunity. And whoever updates a reservation needs to ensure all other key aspects of the original reservation details are maintained.
Steven DMileage on the truck was not showing on the digital read out. The store should make sure it is set for reading the read out. The truck was parked a half of city block away from the building and I did not have time to go back in to get someone to come out with me as they didn't come out with me to the truck. I was charged for extra mileage that I do not think was accurate as i made several trips in my vehicle and it did not come out to the same mileage as charged - it was the 10 miles less amount of 55 miles.
THERESA HThe truck needs taken out of service till passenger mirror is fixed..once you set mirror and then get in highway the mirror moves and you can't see nothing out of it...accident waiting to happen.

ERICA SThe equipment was clean and in good working order except for the Ignition assembly,which was very loose in the steering column, and the shifter which was also loose,and didn't properly stay in park position without being held there to turn the truck off.. It was difficult to get the ignition turned back to the off position and to remove the key from the lock.

KENNETH ZWhile pre-registering online before my scheduled pick up date, I encountered issues with the U-Haul website when trying to enter my phone number. Had to retry at least 5 times. The agent in the store also had the same issue when he was trying to review and validate my online information, so my check out time was around 15 minutes (I had completed the online registration process, so I anticipated a much faster checkout process). Recommend looking into your online app to see where the bugs are! If I had not encountered this issue I would have been very satisfied.

RANDOLPH EDon’t even bother going. This place is ran by asshole old men that hate their job. The guy who checked me in was an ass to begin with me because I had no reservation should have just left then. He didn’t specify any way on how much fuel to put in all he said was “make sure trucks back at half tank” I only went 12 miles and I stopped at gas station on the way back and just barely missed the line by a hair and turned in the keys and the Second Gentleman refused to answer on if I was going to get charged for the lack of fuel. Would have been way easier if the fuel was just topped off and I would have just topped it off but instead I got charged 3 GALLONS for lack of fuel after putting in 1.5 at the gas station. Second guy didn’t even want to look at the gauge and say yes or no if I was going to get charged and instead he just wanted to beat around the bush and argue and ended up getting charged. I will not be returning. There’s multiple U-Haul locations around west valley very close and I only used this one because I was literally down the road and the gentlemen I dealt with today will be the reason why I’ll never shop at True Value or use U-Haul at this locatIon again.
DYLLON POn the App checkout I took a picture of the dashboard showing mileage and a full tank of gas when I dropped it off. I locked the Van and put the keys in the overnight slot, then proceeded to check out on the App, but I was unable to load the picture on my phone to the App showing what was requested. I should have checked out while being in the van and before locking and dropping the keys in the night slot. I will remember to do this next time. Overall clean but steering wheel was crusty. I'll use you again. Kris
