When I arrived to pick up my truck, it had not come in yet. So, now what? I have people and a schedule to meet, as we are moving to a new house. I had to ask if they had another truck for me to rent, and they found one. It was a 15' vs. 10" truck. I had to challenge them on the price, as it was not my fault that the other truck was not back yet. Let's be proactive and let the customer know their vehicle isn't in yet and what options they can provide ahead of time, rather than when you are in the store and starting to panic. Proactive customer service would be a great thing to show.
