The van I rented had a half a tank of gas when I started. I returned the van with just over half a tank. I was charged a fuel charge of $39.00. I brought this to their attention. The fuel charge was not corrected. This has left such a bad taste in my mouth, I plan to never use U-Haul again.
Matthew CMake sure the individuals checking in the trucks wear their glasses, always a wrong fuel amount. Truck was not road worthy, could not keep in lanes due to piss poor suspension, roll up door needs service.
Howard RGuys at True Value were so friendly and helpful. We always rent a trailer from them when we need to move something. They have what we need and they are always really friendly.
