I have called U-Haul two times and I am still being overcharged by over $300 because this location, Sun Express in Jacksonville, FL) said that I had the truck for 7 days. Actually, I only had rented the truck for 6 hours and returned it the same day that I rented it. A manager from U-Haul is supposed to be calling me and I have been waiting for 3 days for this call, but so far no one has called me. This overcharge has caused my account to go into a negative status. In the future, I will be extremely cautious using U-Haul again.

Breah LThe people who runs this pickup location speak very little English so communication is hard. Keys were stuck in the key case, it took 30 minutes and 2 people to open the case. Definitely do not recommend this location.
