FEMALE OPERATOR HAD TO PUT SOMEONE ON FACETIME PHONE CALL TO COMMUNICATE-SHE COULD NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. PHONE WAS PUT IN MY FACE WITHOUT ASKING OR EVEN EXPLAINING TO ME WHAT WAS GOING ON. PERSON ON FACETIME SPOKE BROKEN ENGLISH. I COULD NOT GET ANY ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS I HAD ABOUT THE MILAGE, CONDITION OR FUEL LEVELS AND WAS ASKED TO SIGN A BLANK SCREEN. WAS THREATENED WITH-"YOU CANNOT LOOK AT RENTAL UNTIL YOU SIGN". THIS IS SOME CRAZY BS RIGHT HERE. I DON'T BELIEVE U-HAUL SHOULD DAMAGE THEIR REPUTATION BY THESE BAD OPERATORS!

Was hard to get the lock off the key box. Didn’t get the blankets we paid for. Line was super long took 30 minutes to return the key.

Jennifer JUhaul once again failed to deliver and let me pick up where I requested at one of your flag store locations. Instead you sent me to a dealer location, and it took me 45 mins to be able to drive away with the uhaul I rented. The location could not figure out how to give me the key that was locked in the box outside, I followed APP instructions but there was an issue inside the convenience store getting the key. I had to wait for the manager/owner to drive in and help me sort it out. Your APP was equally frustrating. Thanks for putting the entire pickup and get your Uhaul process on your customers. If I had another choice of truck rental (and I will look around next time) I would never use U-Haul services again I have never rented a truck from your company and not have some sort of issue. Horrible company. And I will share my experience with as many as I can and have done so already, great job Uhaul.
Richard NI have called U-Haul two times and I am still being overcharged by over $300 because this location, Sun Express in Jacksonville, FL) said that I had the truck for 7 days. Actually, I only had rented the truck for 6 hours and returned it the same day that I rented it. A manager from U-Haul is supposed to be calling me and I have been waiting for 3 days for this call, but so far no one has called me. This overcharge has caused my account to go into a negative status. In the future, I will be extremely cautious using U-Haul again.
