when I am reserving online. use some AI shit or simple "if then" computing. If I am renting a 4x8 trailer for a day-- do you think I need all the stuff you try to sell me, NO. so let me just rent the trailer. Now if I am renting a big truck for a few days.. ask away. It is really annoying

We've used UHaul at least two dozen times and about 50% of those times, our pickup location gets changed just before the pickup date. I don't understand why you take reservations then change them at the last minute. The system seems to be worthless. Sun Storage was great but was farther from our home.

This location is not a "super store" or large office area, HOWEVER it is a very convenient location and they were easy to work with and made sure you were satisfied.
