Worse part was the parking lot was way too small and the poor guy was by himself with no help

Mike SThe gentleman working at this location was super helpful as soon as I was able to determine that U-Haul had changed my drop off location. However, his hands are tied as he is just the drop off location. He gave me his Is Manager‘s email and his Manager. Christian had emailed me and I shared my feelings with him and at this point there has been no resolution and it sounds like U-Haul‘s policy is to blame everything rent even when the experience is very poor.
