The gentleman working at this location was super helpful as soon as I was able to determine that U-Haul had changed my drop off location. However, his hands are tied as he is just the drop off location. He gave me his Is Manager‘s email and his Manager. Christian had emailed me and I shared my feelings with him and at this point there has been no resolution and it sounds like U-Haul‘s policy is to blame everything rent even when the experience is very poor.

anne gClearer communication when it comes to drop off. Some trucks are one way only, some trucks are not one way only of the same type and size depending on the day? Maybe? We rented there previously and all were one way, rented the same type two weekends later and It wasn’t. But I think that may be a scheduling thing via corporate not sure.
