DAR JThis location is not a "super store" or large office area, HOWEVER it is a very convenient location and they were easy to work with and made sure you were satisfied. This is my third rental from this location.

VERNEIL SLocation was great and person that helped me was incredible! The trailer is what I have an issue with, I know it says on it that 55mph is max speed but this trailer at 57-58 mph if you needed to get over would start bouncing the truck to the point of ouncing the truck.

Cathy MThe truck we had did have engine lights on and seemed as if there was an opening on the passenger making it seem like there was a door open. But overall it was a great pick up and drop off process and the man who set up the rental for us was kind enough to fix the day when I put in the wrong date.

Mardi MI was set back an hour because the location forgot to put my key in the lock box. Then I got there and had to wait another 30 minutes for a truck when I hired movers to be at my place at 8 and I didn’t get back with the truck till around 11.

MISAEL GThey hooked up the trailer without letting me get involved and they did not lock the trailer hitch to the ball. While loading the car on the trailer the hitch came off the ball and went straight up in the air. Someone could have been seriously injured.

WILLIAM CThis location was closed when I got there so, I really can’t rate the facility or the services. As a single lady it was tough because I had to go knock on vendors’ doors asking for someone to help me pull the trailer off of my truck…fun but, all is well that ends well right?
Teresa SWhen we arrived our trailer was clean and ready for us. Check in went well and we were in and out quite quickly. The owner was so nice and helpful. He gave us some tips and tricks and made sure the trailer was seated properly. Love this guy!

Randy HOn top of the pickup being messed up when we got to return to the drop off location in Holiday the gentleman went to check the truck and we had already stopped and put gas in it and we got there he proceeded to tell me that we needed to pay $29.60 or we could go to the 7-Eleven and put the gas in there and just make sure it's one needle before the full sign so we went to 7-Eleven we put 22 more dollars in the truck it was at the line before that full sign and came back and told us that we still had to pay $29.60 again the same exact price he told us before we left very frustrated with the whole situation my husband was irritated happened to unload a U-Haul to move into our new home and to go through that to return it about the gas I felt was really ridiculous I would never recommend holiday U-Haul to anybody and after all this was said and done he seen how upset my husband was he looks at me and tells me what I could have waived the $20 gas that's how I feel like it was kind of a scam because it was not $20 in gas but you told me I owe 2960 and I was charged that on my card
