The people were very friendly just when we recieved our uhaul it didn't pull right come to find out it had no brake fluid in it caused the brakes to lock up and trailer tires caught on fire needs to be checked and maintenanced betterrichard A.

This is my second review for the same trip. Why? Because UHaul completely screwed up my reservation. I drove 40 minutes to a specific location I wanted to use the week before the rental was needed. I rented a truck and car hauler. When I received the text the day before, my pick up location was different. I drove again 40 minutes to the location only to find it completely closed. They had not answered the phone and the hold time at UHaul was ridiculous. I'm glad I drove to the location (an hour away) because when I got there they did not have the car hauler! Angel White at the location was extremely helpful and was able to find a car hauler in a third location. However, UHAul was not. For all the trouble caused I was given 30 extra miles which was used getting from the location (which was further away) to the house. This was the third time either I had rented or had family rent with the same outcomes- a bunch of trouble and running away. Moving is already stressful enough and having to deal with last minute changes that you aren't making is even more stressful. The individual locations and staff have been pleasant but it's a trouble and non customer business plan UHaul has. I won't us them in the future.Joy S.

I was very upset when I made a reservation and pick up at a location in Bowling Green Ky. Then when I arrive I am told that I have drive 25 miles to pick up my rental. Way out of my way and time delay for me. No notification sent. Not a way to run a business,Dannie M.

when I went to rent a truck Leitchfield) I was told "reserve it now so we will be sure to have one here when you need it". I reserved one. when I was ready to pick up, I was told I had to pick up at another location-Munfordville or Sonora (the man at Munfordville was very un-accomodating [insisted I take the truck by 11:00 AM]. I had to drive 2 hours out of my way to pick up at Brownsville. Also, the front tires were badly out of balance which made for a miserable 4 hour drive. This is my third bad experience with Uhaul and probably the last time I will use your services.ed D.

The dealer was excellent and wonderfully friendly. It was a little out of the way to drive from bowling green; where I had originally wanted to pick-up the truck. I wish there could have been a transfer of the truck between dealers to keep me from traveling out of my way.MEGAN G.

My only real issue is that we asked to be placed at the uhaul store that was 5 minutes away from our home in Bowling Green, not 35 minutes. That was frustrating, especially since the added miles don't mean you get reimbursed for gas, just that uhaul lets you have more miles for a rental that was $500. That trip alone added an hour onto our gas and drive time.LACEY C.
