Unfortunately after the truck was loaded the roll down door broke. We had to tie it shut, then we could barely open when we arrived. Why is this ? Are these doors checked? Caused us a total nightmare. No discount was even offered! Why pay full price for a half ass truck?

The 24/7 check in did not work on the app. And when I arrived it would not let me check in to get the process started. I had to keep modifying my reservation and talking to customer service to get this fixed. I was on hold for awhile but finally was able to reset it. Delayed my move for a bit and I was pressed for time. Customer service was awesome when I did talk to them. Just a stressful day and the delay didnt help.

I was given 3 different pick up addresses and the saturday the day before pick up i received a call and told a different place to pick the truck up. I asked to make sure they would be open at 8am on a sunday for me to pick the truck up, i was told they would be open. I got there on sunday at 8:15 they were not open and did not open until 10 am on sundays. I called the customer service number and was on hold and transfered 8 different times. No one that i spoke to was helpful in any way at all. One person told me to just sit there and wait until 10 am when they opened. That is completely insane and unacceptable. I had to go home and sit with the movers that i was paying by the hour to do nothing. Not only was my truck not ready when it should have been i had to pay the movers for 2 hours for doing nothing. I expect my full rental fee to be refunded. That was the absolute worst experience i have ever had. The customer service or lack there of was so terrible you as a company should be ashamed of how everything happened and was handled.

the front end was great, people helpful started with 2 boxes and at delivery of boxes increased to 3. we added another box to increase to 4 at time of pick-up. the problems started at storage facility very hazzardous conditions , nails in the gravel drive, business connected to the storage was cutting marble and the dust was terrible , we were overcharged by 40% from what was quoted and charged late fee despite CC on file the local ended up delivering the remaining boxes to our house at not charge.

I did said no (maintenance) because one of d tires was low on air and someone in blue remind me, and the hitch mechanical handle part (jack) was impossible to move an stand so l can stand it and easily use my vehicle to go eat some in a long trip. thanks to the Guys in each store for their help, they did swept on it.
