Keecha SI was charged $15 cleaning fee. It would be nice to know what was not cleaned out. Everything was removed and the dolly was placed back in the truck.

PAVLO YThe gentleman inside was so nice and helpful. He had a lot of customers at his location and he helped everyone out as best as possible. He even referred them to other locations that had specific equipment he did not at the time. He called customers with current equipment to see if they would be on time to coordinate getting it to new customers. All around amazing employee.
Sean PI was given no paperwork prior to departure, the truck had very little fuel (gas gauge was on empty), low tire pressure warning light was on and stayed on entire trip (ensure tire pressure was correct before starting trip), trailer warning light was on entire trip, I reserved pick up of truck from location close to where I was going to load. Instead UHAUL changed pick up at a ghetto UHAUL location that was further from my point of loading. This is the second time UHAUL scheduled either a pickup or drop off location in the Atlanta, GA area that was inconvenient. For long distance moving reservations, I will never use UHAUL again!

JOSE AIt was requested to use the bathroom. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting! The toilet, sink and floor looked as if it it hadn't been cleaned in months. The were also large pot holes in the driveway, 3 and 4 feet in diameter, this is definitely a safety hazard. There were also rocks in the trailer bed.
JOSEPH WThe location was closed when I arrived and I had to go to another location the get the hand truck. I had to call a number located on the door and they walked me through the process.
HALLEEMA Mlighting is poor for patrons picking up a truck in the evening. Equipment and debris lying around that can make you trip. The truck had a big puddle of water in the back which could damage furniture. When a cleaner truck was requested there was none available. This U haul business needs an immediate Over Haul

Marcela NThe Uhaul that we were issued seemed like it needed to be sent to a repair shop. Smoke out the exhaust pipe, driver's side door didn't close all the way (there was a gap between the door the and frame where you could see out), the engine made loud noises. Other than the actual van itself, everything else went smoothly! Easy pick up and drop off.
Katie STruck worked and was clean however had a terrible misfire that caused additional fuel consumption and unsafe driving when the car would not respond with the needed power.

Taiwana JIt was very hard to see when parking the equipment. Poor lighting in the area and wasn’t sure where to park the truck because the lot was full so I left it where I picked it up earlier today.

CARA HFlat tire in truck. Seems as though someone tried breaking into truck so driver door doesn’t stay closed. The truck smelled terrible. The customer service was horrible from my call to the person who came to give me the keys and the dolly that was not usable. The truck also had a blanket left in the back with trash in it. I will go back to Penske if i ever need a truck again. And when calling you get treated like crap for even trying to rent i didn’t even try to call to complain about how bad the product was because i would probably get treated like crap again. Josepg SNo one there to help. Just a phone number or another location to drop off if you want to speak actually speak with someone. No room to park anything because the place is small and a lot of uhaul equipment is there. And the people running tile business are not there to be helpful. They just say call uahual. It is a self dropp off but such a bad location.

Shan NU-haul changed my pick-up location to an hour away from me. I was told I would get 100 miles free for the inconvenience. I was called again to change the drop-off location and the manager said she would give me a cheaper price for a bigger truck. I get there and the guy tries charging $50 extra that what I was quoted online. I didn't get the 100 miles they promised me and I had to pay for the inconvenience
Andrea EI picked up the truck in the morning when the weather was ok. After getting the truck loaded and hit the road in 95 degree heat I found out the A/C didn't work.
Brian GI would not recommend Uhaul to anyone. I was quoted $134 for the use of the truck but when we got to the pick up store they told me that I could not have the truck until 4 pm. I never told the agent them this time. The first store was able to find us a truck. When we finally got assistance we were told $254 and then had to pay addition $60 for second day usage. I have need to rent another truck next week and I will not rent from Uhaul.

Terrance HThe A/C fan only worked on high setting. When releasing parking brake, lower plastic from dash would come off. Seats were torn. Otherwise the truck worked great!

Andrew BWe are very disappointed with our experience with U-Haul. We reserved a 15 foot truck at Midgard on April 19th. We were notified the night before that there may be a problem with our rental but the text asked if we wanted to keep our reservation. We went to Midgard and tried to get the truck for over 2 hours. We waited on hold for many people for many minutes and finally were told there were no trucks available at that location and we had take a smaller truck at a different location. We drove to that location and they were able to give us the smaller truck. It took us over 4 hours before we were able to start the move. We also had to take a truck with no ramp which made the move much more difficult. I appreciate the Lawrenceville location helping us out, but I am very disappointed overall. I would like to have a full refund for the inconvenience. We have two moves coming up and I am hesitant to use U-Haul after this experience. Please let me know if you’d like to talk about this. Sean EThe customer attendant was cold and unfriendly. The front rear tire was very low. The car was shaking. I was overcharged after returning the vehicle three and a half hours later. I Was there the next day to query the charge, office was not open. The second time I was overcharged. On the first occasion, in another location, they promised a refund which was never paid

CHOI TFor my record the truck should be mutually examined at the time of return not alone 24hrs later. There was no damage done to the truck by me. I left the truck on the lot and checked it in then 24hrs later I'm informed that there's damage. Anything could have happened on the lot it was fine when I left it. Plus I took the CDW anyway so I don't know why I was billed extra it had no damage when i left it.

Ivori MYour official U-HAUL APP is NOT very user friendly and responsive. I was in the pickup site parking lot, the APP CAN'T detect my location! And in the final page of the APP when i was doing the returning, it DIDNOT show how to return the truck key and whether i am finished the whole returning process or not!....
Ming HEverything was great, including Brittany, if I'm remembering her name. She was so conscientious. If anything can be improved is better handling of moving blankets. Requested 36 blankets, but location did not have any. Brittany checked another location, but they, too, didn't have any. I understand dealing with certain individuals, it's hard to deal with getting them back. Anyway, overall, great experience.
