Uhaul was full of dirt is side the drivers location and had trash and dirt inside the box the battery was dead when we got there and died 2 times throughout our day use and on top of it didn't get any discount or compensation

When you give a quote you should honor that quote the next day as they did then give an excuse headquarters told them. We looked it up on your website and ot was the same as we been quoted the first day oys not right but we had no choise

They had a 12 year old hook up the trailer to my car. And then they didn't know where the connection was to my car.

Uhaul needs to ditch the old ramp trailers that don't have the motorcycle front tire chock in the front. Especially since the online picture continues to show that as what we are renting. The one i got was old, not all the marker light worked, and the inner tie down loops where missing and replaced with very light duty ones. The outside loops were there but serve no purpose in tying down a big motorcycle. It took 7 straps and a lot of ingenuity to tie my bike down safely. Probably wasted an hour initially trying different things, then had to stop numerous times on my trip to adjust things. At least, show those old trailers as a different option than the motorcycle friendly newer ones. That would've saved me time and money. This is NOT a knock on the location, this feedback is intended to go to Uhaul fleet management.

The female running the rentals had no clue what she was doing. I arrived first but she told me she didn't know how to hook up a car Dolly, so she took care of 2 other customers that arrived after me! I had to wait until some man, I believe the owner, to assist me to hook up the dolly and load and secure my car. I informed her that the U-Haul was dirty and items were left inside. The air conditioner quit working on my way to winnemucca, Nv, and just came on when it felt like it! Worst trip I've ever taken and worst rental experience I've ever had!

Trailer was late, and proprietor called to tell me. So, late start. Then a strap needed replacement. So I was able to hit the road just two hours late. The proprietor did a great job trying to get me moving though.

Vehicle stunk of cigarette smoke was dirty and not operational running well. Give customer credit for returning vehicle early. 4 day rental returned van in 24 hours. Properly clean and inspect vehicle before rental and explain features like tow mode. Thank you and stay safe!

I arrived at opening with no reservation. My broke down car spent less than 24 hours on the side of the road. Perfect hometown service, glad to do business with them. I will be needing them for a move soon. No issues expected. Great communication!

Had problem getting into website to check out. 9f course, that had more to do with corporate rather than the droporr point. Will go to their office tomorrow since they were closed by the time we unloaded and stored items. Otherwise, convenient and easy to find. Friendly staff.

When I came to pick up was not available. So the lady was very sweet she found a nother place in to town to get the uhaul. I waited 2hrs to get it. Then when got to Twinfalls there was a storage included they said. When got there they said storage was in Pocatello instead of twinfalls 2 hrs out of way. So had to find a diffrent storage.

I reserved a 5x8 box trailer. The original location for which the reservation was made - Elite Storage & RV in Elko NV did not have one and alleged that the reservation was for a larger trailer - one too large for my vehicle to haul. I was informed of this unauthorized modification to my reservation when I went to pick up the trailer. I had to go to another U-Haul dealer across town to get a 5x8 and lost two hours in the process. You can do better. Sundance Self Storage was very accommodating.

I am frustrated with U-hauls online reservation system. I was allowed to reserve a "guaranteed available" truck at a different location that had already been reserved and had to spend nearly an hour driving to different locations to find an available truck.

My biggest problem was with Stor all where my original reservation for my U-Haul was. It was a terrible experience. My U-Haul wasn't ready for so i was sent across to get another one where no one was in office for an hour even though they were supposed to be open. Then the transport I was given blew a tire because they didn't check the conditions of the tire. Nobody apologized for the inconvenience or the wait or offered to do anything to help.

There is very limited parking for returning vehicles to this location. There were two of us returning trucks at the same time yesterday. If there had been a third, I'm not sure where they would have parked.

Maybe some assistance hooking it up. I am pretty mechanical and was not positive on how it worked, but I got it done. Otherwise it was good.

I rented a car dollies but it appeared to be heavily used. I saw numerous cracks on the plastic fenders and the wiring was old. I brought attention to the deficient area and decals with a x were noted but they also come off. The tires looked well worn and right break light and blinker was inoperable. Same bulb. During th e drop off there was nobody there to relate the deffencies on the dollies.

I got the impression that the owners were still sorting out their location. With that said, they were helpful and courteous and did everything they could to help get me on my way. Really nice people and they gave me some good pointers. I'd use them again.

It would be nice if the trucks weren't way in the back of the lot like that, but not much you can probably do about that. Also, when you ask a customer if they want the extra coverage, be sure to specify that there are 2 levels. I only wanted the basic coverage, but learned later that I had paid for the tow coverage as well.
