I had to lift the trailer tongue onto the hitch by myself as there was no one available to help me. I barely managed to do so.

TERRY LThe customer service at the location was fine not really spectacular but nothing wrong with it either. The truck did just fine however I find it annoying that every time you start it it is in tow hall mode and you have to turn that off or you will get terrible gas mileage. And if you’re using the mobile app to pick up and drop off, I give that one star it’s functional, but it is not user-friendly.
