The customer service at the location was fine not really spectacular but nothing wrong with it either. The truck did just fine however I find it annoying that every time you start it it is in tow hall mode and you have to turn that off or you will get terrible gas mileage. And if you’re using the mobile app to pick up and drop off, I give that one star it’s functional, but it is not user-friendly.

Dylan KWe had originally reserved a 10ft truck and car dolly at a this location, but the morning of, uhaul called and changed us to a 15ft truck at a different location and car transport at this location but promised us the original price. We picked up the truck, got that figured out then drove to this location to get the transport and the computer was not honoring the original price. The attendant was annoyed (at uhaul, not us!) and had to call uhaul to get it worked out in the computer. Kind of a mess! The whole ordeal was stressful but it got wirjed out. The attendant was a little stressed too, but she tried hard to make the situation right.
