Rude, not helpful and made us feel very uncomfortable. Had us do the hookup ourselves while she watched. 3 days later and my back still hurting.

This rental was great. Trying to rent a trailer a day later at another location and the servers are completely down. Told that this is a very regular thing especially on saturdays. With no way to get the rental without accessing the server I am just stuck here waiting. Frankly wild that servers going down is acceptable on a regular basis
Kameron DMitch was supper at getting everything ready. He kept me in the loop as to when it will be ready for us to pick it up and where. He also was clear to let us know when the store would close but how to get the truck after hours. called after we used the truck to give me an updated copy of our invoice as well. The communication was outstanding. The whole process was incredible from beginning to end.
Cindy AWe needed a 26’ Uhaul to move our home from Nevada to Montana. Mitch, who works at the 3701 Sundance Dr. Elko NV location, went above and beyond to locate and ensure we were set up with the specified truck. He made several calls, went in early to get us set up, and was even willing to go in on July 4th if needed to help us out. Thankfully everything was able to be set up on July 3rd, but the prestige customer service he provided was above and beyond! This meant the world to us, especially when other locations weren’t as willing to care or help by simply telling us “you’ll have to settle for a 20’ truck”. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU SO MUCH MITCH!!!!
