The truck was low on coolant fluid and our truck overheated. The lock on the back door also did not work. General inspections should be preformed.

The location is Kind of out of the way
Pavel B.Safety sticking to their words not making it even more stressful and more expensive just to get what you need to move because that still has me pretty mad that costed me not only the rental fee for the trailer and truck but almost $120 for more fuel to get the equipment I already paid to have them charged even more when dropped off causing me to have to leave work earlier just to handle the extras charge on top of the extra fuel and now lost wages to . I would like to use your U-Haul again when needed but seriously losing Faith in this company as well .

cheryl C.Reserved my equipment online and was charged almost 3 times what it said online. Wasn't told how much my card was being charged for tell afterwards. Very disappointing it was my first time renting probably will find a different company next time.
