I didn't receive all the necessary items before taking the car. There was no trolley and no protective cover. The coolant reservoir was empty, and the car was hot and smoking; I had to buy two bottles of water to top it up—that was my experience. Please double-check everything before handing over the car next time so others don't face the same issue. Thank you.
