No one came out to greet me. I was left to do everything on my own.
Kevin JThey had me to drop the key in a box outside, but no one came out to look and see that the equipment was in the truck, they did not have the right equipment at first I had to go to a different location. The charges were way more than I expected and I was charged at the time I picked up the truck and not when I returned it. They charged me for miles I did not use.
LaKeeshaw OThe location didn’t have the items needed for my move. I needed an appliance dolly, utility dolly, and furniture pads. When I got the truck only the utility dolly was there I had to ask for furniture pads and was given 4. I was told they don’t have an appliance dolly. Should definitely check the truck for the right supplies.
Mia SLocation is extremely sketchy. And workers seemed to prioritize their other duties over helping us out. I was getting my key when he suddenly cut me off and left me to go help someone else and left me there waiting. As 2 women, I would NOT recommend this place for safety
Beatriz CI can't rate the quality of the experience? All I can rate is the location that I had no interaction with? Your surveys are as flawed as the app. If there was another legitimate choice besides U-Haul, I'd use it.
