The truck need mechanical fixtures an interior was completely dirty and full of animal hair the gas was empty. Just a complete upset

That truck was fine, but it didn't have a ramp which was unexpected. I obviously didn't read the fine print. The online pickup and drop off process was smooth except that a couple of times the app glitched and didn't respond appropriately. The person at sunny gas station was very helpful.
