Used this location because the truck wasn't available at the big UHaul shop on Abilene. Cons: Truck had dirty windows and wasn't cleaned from the last rental. Office pickup is not really supported. However... PROS: The gas station employee was very friendly and got ahold of the UHaul manager for the site when I showed up to pick up as I didn't have a smart phone to do self pickup. The UHaul manager was extremely helpful, processing the pickup remotely and then giving me the key box combo. All in all, I started out unimpressed and then left very impressed, just from the great service that was provided by the people involved. Thank you!

Monique MThat truck was fine, but it didn't have a ramp which was unexpected. I obviously didn't read the fine print. The online pickup and drop off process was smooth except that a couple of times the app glitched and didn't respond appropriately. The person at sunny gas station was very helpful.
