Not much to improve at all these folks were very very friendly and helped me when the mobile app wouldn’t work for drop offs.

This was this location's first time with a U-Haul customer. It took them awhile, but they were trying hard and I am sure that in the future, they will become great renters. Maybe give them a way to do some simulation scenarios to practice.
