I stored my things at Longmont Storage for a little over a year and had a great experience. The price was very fair and I really appreciated the convenience of the autopay option, one less thing to worry about each month. Accessto the facility was always easy and reliable. This rental location was fine but it was not the original one we had reserved at. We reserved in Lafayette Colorado and the pickup location was only a couple miles from our home. We received a call the day before pick up saying we had been moved to a location in Longmont because there was no longer a truck available at our original location. We had to drive 23 miles to pick up. The new location was fine. It was very inconvenient that it was switched on us at the last minute. I feel UHaul should not take a reservation if they cannot reserve the truck.

The pickup process was so confusing and there wasn't enough information about what to expect before hand. We didn't know we needed to have verification references, so we weren't able to warn people ahead of time that they would be receiving the calls. The people we put in were busy and thought the calls were telemarketers and so they missed the calls. Because of this it took us about 45 minutes to actually get checked in which delayed our plans. Our reservation also got mistakenly cancelled by uhaul the night before we were supposed to pick up which we had to call and correct the next morning since it happened after business hours. That caused some major stress as we thought it was going to delay our move. The location rep said it was because of a no call no show but that was HIS mistake because he thought our pickup was 5/30 when it was very clearly 5/31 on the reservation. I doubt we will use u-haul again after this experience.

The bed of the truck was dirty, the cabin had debris in the floor boards and cupholders, when I left the owner of the rental location know how much fuel I put in the truck based on the recommendation in the rental contract I still got charged for fuel.

Let me start off by saying, I will NEVER, EVER, EVER rent a Uhaul using the app again. It took us 1 1/2 hours to get through the process. If you make a mistake, then you have to start completely over. The app would not let me progress unless I did that. When we got stuck, I called you. The lady put me on hold, and NEVER CAME BACK. I hung up after 30 minutes of being on hold. We called back. and got another lady. She told us that we had to sign out and sign back in every time the app got stuck. Which was a lot! Then we got disconnected. UNBELIEVABLE! So we called back a 3rd time, and finally got the process finished after 90 minutes of trying. So I've got men I've hired standing around costing me $100 an hour while I try to get the app to work. Saying I'm not happy is an understatement. This whole thing cost me a whole lot more than it should have. So will I rent from you guys again? No freak'n way.

Cab floor wasn't swept out, gas wasn't full. Vehicles were parked against a fence so close together that it was difficult getting the vehicles out. Had it not been for someone else showing up rented an adjacent vehicle, it would have taken a few back and forths to get out. He moved his truck up to give me more space to get out. This was the first time using the UHaul app. I had some difficulties getting photos loaded, but otherwise it went smoothly. I would definitely recommend the app. I will also try to find an actual UHaul brick and mortar store to rent from next time. The location I rented from was very convenient, but there was no one there to talk to about the truck or rental.

No place to park the return truck, and no signs nor staff to give guidance. I found a spot that was not where they preferred apparently. I used a “ring” doorbell to communicate that the truck had been returned and could not understand most of what was said due to much static interference. Would recommend better signage at minimum.

We rented our truck over the phone with a Uhaul company just of I25 with the owner a they I’d they saved a truck for us or our move in two weeks at this location for pick up. The day to pick up they did not have it or us and we had to spen over an hour to go to another location to pick it up. Which in turn added 20 more miles to our bill of use on the truck. We had a very very poor experience with Uhaul during our move

I made a reservation 2-3 weeks before needing a Uhaul. The morning of pick-up, we arrived at the dealer location, only to be told that the truck that had been assigned to us was supposed to be returned 4 days earlier. It was now being reported as stolen. Luckily, we were able to get a truck at another location, but it was 40 mins away. This caused a lot of stress and scrambling to our move and is not acceptable. I had called multiple times during the week before and never had my concerns addressed about why my reservation hasn’t been confirmed. This is not a dealer issue, but a UHaul problem. Covid cannot continue to be an excuse for poor business management. I will never recommend renting a truck from U-Haul in Colorado.

The local UHAUL place was amazing. I was unhappy with UHAUL's app. It would not accept a photo of the back of my driver's license after I tried 4 times. It delayed me and my move by 15 minutes. Thankfully the local UHAUL place picked up the phone even though they were closed and helped me!

No issues, renting a unit was very easy, and I liked that no one had to be working for me to get to my unit. The gate code system made me feel like they were monitoring who came in and out 24/7.

Larry was always helpful and very friendly. Had a bit of a snafu with a U-haul rental. Was not able to obtain the key early hours after reserving and then the online system NOT working and spending over 2 hours online with support. Horrible system! Ultimately did not use the U-haul.
