It would be helpful if a store person arrived a few minutes before opening, so they’re there when the customer arrives at pickup time.

My location was changed to one of the furthest from me. The pick up time was changed less than 24 hrs in notice. I received the truck with basically no gas in it. I’ll take a partial refund solely based on customer experience.
Cody CThe point is this! My pickup and drop off locations were excellent? However! The experience of dealing with U Haul over the phone and on the computer has been HORRIBLE! I reserved and confirmed a truck to pickup at a specific location, date and time "FACT!" However arriving at the specific location for pickup ,,, what do you know, "THERE IS NO TRUCK!" and I'm sent to a location 35 miles away to get the truck I had set reservations for. THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE PLACE I PICKED UP FROM! IT IS THE FAULT OF U HAUL CORPORATE NOT BEING HONEST WITH CUSTOMERS AND THERE SETTING FALSE RESERVATIONS!
