The point is this! My pickup and drop off locations were excellent? However! The experience of dealing with U Haul over the phone and on the computer has been HORRIBLE! I reserved and confirmed a truck to pickup at a specific location, date and time "FACT!" However arriving at the specific location for pickup ,,, what do you know, "THERE IS NO TRUCK!" and I'm sent to a location 35 miles away to get the truck I had set reservations for. THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE PLACE I PICKED UP FROM! IT IS THE FAULT OF U HAUL CORPORATE NOT BEING HONEST WITH CUSTOMERS AND THERE SETTING FALSE RESERVATIONS!

Easy pick up/drop off. Clean truck
Alex HThe pick up experience was not very smooth in the web browser. It kept getting hung up on the location settings, which may vary for everyone. I would recommend downloading the app before pick up the vehicle.
Alexandru MThe truck itself and the staff were great. However.. the movers I hired through U-haul were terrible. I paid them for 2 hours of service. They arrived 2 hours late and gave a heads up about it very last minute. One of the movers I was in contact with kept saying he was 10 minutes away then his phone died and I could not contact anyone. He randomly then showed up when the service time was meant to be completed. A couple of my items were damaged as well. Moving is already stressful this just made it so much more stressful because I then had to change my plans for everything including the pick up time for the equipment. Unfortunately I paid full price for this and I believe I should be compensated for my stress, time, and cost of poor service.
