The pick up experience was not very smooth in the web browser. It kept getting hung up on the location settings, which may vary for everyone. I would recommend downloading the app before pick up the vehicle.

The truck itself and the staff were great. However.. the movers I hired through U-haul were terrible. I paid them for 2 hours of service. They arrived 2 hours late and gave a heads up about it very last minute. One of the movers I was in contact with kept saying he was 10 minutes away then his phone died and I could not contact anyone. He randomly then showed up when the service time was meant to be completed. A couple of my items were damaged as well. Moving is already stressful this just made it so much more stressful because I then had to change my plans for everything including the pick up time for the equipment. Unfortunately I paid full price for this and I believe I should be compensated for my stress, time, and cost of poor service.
