Be on time when customer schedule an appointment. Vendors should be there on time. And when they do arrive, they should hold back the attitude. I have video and audio to back up the interaction with a U-Haul representative. Go somewhere else Home Depot is better.

Daryl RMy location was changed to one of the furthest from me. The pick up time was changed less than 24 hrs in notice. I received the truck with basically no gas in it. I’ll take a partial refund solely based on customer experience.
