We were overcharged by $60 (charged for gas when we filled up before returning + charged for 2 days (rental + insurance), not 1) and when I called (and presented proof), was told that someone would review the charges and get back to me in THREE TO FIVE BUSINESS DAYS!! UNACCEPTABLE!! First of all, you have that money. It is earning interest for you, or providing operating funds for you. If you multiply that by the number of customers per year, that is nothing short of fraud and using other people's money for your benefit. UNACCEPTABLE!!

Remote pick-up was shit. They ordered the wrong truck, I had asked for a 20" truck and they gave me a 15". It ended up working out though. Your damn app was not working properly, so I could not get the information from the site that I needed. I had to drive over to a local site to ask questions.

Kristin RBe on time when customer schedule an appointment. Vendors should be there on time. And when they do arrive, they should hold back the attitude. I have video and audio to back up the interaction with a U-Haul representative. Go somewhere else Home Depot is better.
