That location is a scam. I rented one truck and one dolly. The truck did not have a dolly on it and the furniture pads bag that i did not request was empty. Upon receiving my bill, THEY CHARGED ME DOUBLE the rate for dolly and CHARGED ME FOR 4 DDOLLIES! NOT TO MENTION THEY CHARGED ME FOR FURNITURE PADS THAT I NEITHER USED OR EXISTED. Upon returning the truck, there were multiple people drinking behind that gas station and one guy was openly urinating on a stack of tires.I rented another truck that week and drove further to avoid dealing with this place.

Folks were friendly but system issues caused delays and my original pick up location was changed by Uhaul 2 days before. Tripled drive distance to by pick up and drop off which I was charged for! Truck worked but battery was poor and it was barely starting all day...not well maintained. Frankly, if it wasn't for Uhaul prices I'd use someone else...especially for any long haul or one-way rentals.

I was charge incorrectly on two line items. An after hours fee even tho the location was more than an hour away from closing. And A cleaning fee even though I swept the entire back of the truck before drop off. This is very poor service and possibly fraud.

No se me iso muy bueno porke dicen ke cobran 19.99 y te salen con casi 200 dollar y les pones gas y le pones aseguro y todo les ases bien y no te dan recibo ni lo chekean al yegar para desir ke le falto algo eso no esta bien te piden el e mail para darte una sorpresa de ke te acaban casi el dinero de la tarjeta y les yamas y no te contestan nomas me cobraron 53 dollar y luego casi 150 esta muy mal el servicio yo no puedo recomendar a nadie ami me paso esa experiencia el 12 de diciembre 19??

*Truck was dirty in the cab. *I requested a paper contract to have in the truck while driving and did not get it. *I requested a paper receipt after I returned the unit and never got it , 3 hours later I received a text notifying me Of extra fees , meaning the unit had not been checked in Yet after I returned it . *They never answer their phone .

The store had 5 trucks on the lot when my girlfriend went in to rent she was told they wasn’t available. I went in 1 hours later and they rented it to me

This is the worst UHaul experience ever. The guy gave me one price before the rental, at the return the supposed owner changed the price to increase it by 60 dollars and 3 days later charged and additional 150 dollars to my credit card. When I phoned about it I was told to go F**k myself? What? What type of business is this?

Terrible. Would never recommend. This was overall the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My pickup was delayed by over two and a half hours. I spoke to 4 different uhaul employees and got 4 different stories as to why my pick up and reservation was delayed only to be told by the location operator that there was no reservation in his system. All the while nearly $300 dollars had been quickly charged to my card. The location operator then tried to swipe my card for a second time to incur an additional charge just to get a truck off the lot. Uhaul made sure to conveniently put all charges thru and charge me for a $69 dollar fuel charge despite me leaving the truck with more gas then when I got in it. Terrible service and border line deceitful location. Do not use. Pay the extra bit and grab a Penske truck from a home Depot . Any alternative would be better.

There were storage pads in my vehicle when I picked it up, and when I returned it with the same pads in they charged me $37.00 for cleaning up the pads that were in it already. Totally upset about this.

Vagrants mulling around lot, appeared that they sleep in unlocked equipment then litter around drinking beer harassing renters for moving work. At least a dozen were present and were intoxicated at 0900 am and unpleasant when declining their offer of work.

I made a complaint because no one (The 2 locations) told me about the FEE they charge when you drop the truck in a different location and the worst part is that I asked them by phone 2 times the day that I got the truck and couple hours before returning the truck and both locations are just like 8 or 12 miles away they are close same city. I got a huge bill of $291 and I called as soon as I received the bill and they opened a case today the claim number is 2359478. Another thing that happened is that when I returned the truck the guy just told me give me the keys and I sent you an email with the receipt, so he did not check the truck with me to see if the truck was good, or clean or the miles and he sent me an email the day after at morning. I rented more than 3 times with you and this time was really bad.

I did express check-in online but I needed to give the same information at the pick up location. You may need to look into your express check-in and figure out how to make it work better with the pick up location or don't offer it so we don't have to input the information twice.

I was charged $25 for 4 small pieces of cardboard that was already in the track when I rented, the driver door never closed properly and I have to put up with the beeping sound all the time that I have to drive it . I never had such an experience renting from u-haul

The location we rented from was great with friendly staff. The staff had communicated with the main center that our truck was not available and asked the center to contact us. This did not happen. We arrived expecting a 15 foot truck. It took several phone calls to the main customer phone line to get things straightened out. The man I worked with was not friendly, caring or concerned about our situation. He would not give me his name and hung up on me. The only thing he offered was $50 refund and a 26 foot truck that was too large for the area we needed to access. The staff at the location we were renting from had a truck come back in during the time we were trying to work things out. This 10 foot truck was offered to us and it worked out great. I would have to say that this international company has very poor customer service when there are problems.

My credit card was charged more than double the $29.99 for the rental right out the door. Then the charge was adjusted by $30. Then 6 days after date of rental my cc was charged a random $70 causing my bank acct to go overdrawn. Trying to get this resolved but being passed from person to person. This needs to he refunded ASAP & my overdraft fee of $30 needs to be paid as well please.

I got Put into the wrong size truck had to redo my entire reservation the people who work there at the store a very unprofessional and I’m polite and do not help at all I received my second truck to then leave with it go to my storage unit and I had urination all over the back of it I lost over three hours of my move cleaning the truck then bring the truck back the next day and they charged me for a whole 2 day not happy worst experience ever !!

I wound up spending over an hour and a half being sent from one place to another even though I had confirmation online. I just needed to get one mattress from the store to home and wanted to avoid the $50 delivery charge. My total bill by the time I paid for gas was $50 and it took much longer than it should have. U-haul has allowed independent businesses who have no idea how to run a business to take over franchises and this has resulted in lousy customer service, overcharging and a lack of any concern for the customer. I will be renting from Home Depot, or other companies that truly care for my next rental.

Found a can of beer (unopened) and empty water bottles left behind the passenger seat, which didn't notice until I had finished the trip. U-Haul was not thoroughly checked before I rented it. Person I spoke to at counter said it is no longer your policy to do a walk-through with the truck before signing the document for truck damage. I know last time I rented U-Haul I got to do a walk-through, will need to confirm this information because I didn't believe the guy. If the policy is still in place that is deceitful or not doing their job correctly. Despite that the person at counter made the whole process quick/easy and explained everything.

The people who work at that location rude and not courteous. I rented the van for 24 while I move to a new apartment. I picked up the van at 7pm and was going to return it at bfore 7pm next day. Time caught me up and I need it more time with it. When I spoke to the guy on the phone at the Uhaul service store He was upset at me telling me I better return it before 9am cause He rented it out already to another person, his attitude was rude and He threatened me that he has my card information and will charge me double. I have the worst experience EVER at an Ihaul rental. Now Im afraid to rent with you guys. I was charged triple!! For less than 48 hours !! Is not fair! Please don’t make me think you’re a scam!!

I made a reservation for a vehicle at the location to which I am rating on the previous night. However, the employee had no reservation for me the next day, although I presented a confirmation number. He suggested that maybe I was supposed to be at another UHaul location, but I definitely had chosen the Sunoco station on 11825 Collier BL , Naples, FL. But, after I acquiesced that I had no reservation in your system, the gentleman quickly rented me another truck for $39.00, rather than the $29.00 which I reserved online. Also, I gave a mileage usage estimate to him of 60 miles, but I only traveled 30 miles. Do I get charged for 60 miles or 30 please. Thank you. My experience besides the missing reservation that I made was quite positive.
