Did not personally walk us out to the U-Haul that we would be getting so we did not know all of the damage or if any damage was on the actual U-Haul also paperwork indicated that the tank was full when picked up and this was not the truth. They made us sign the paperwork before we could see the truck. This isn’t right !?!??? I had to put 40$ gas to make it full as he “ indicated on the paper it was full. “ This is my second time getting a uhaul in the last week doing this and this is ridiculous. I don’t deal with companies that LIE! YOU LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER. I called customer service to inquire about what I could do further for this answer that and they said that they were not able to help me as the location knew exactly the amount of gas that was in the vehicle but how can you have a question or a vehicle that you cannot see and sign off that there’s no damage if you not taking to the vehicle until you sign the paperwork I think at this place does not fold of all the policies and procedures is not fair because it cost me to Dash and $40 I am very upset about that I would like to speak to somebody regarding this

This place is a dump. It's a variety store with a gas station attached. The young man was pleasant, but had to interrupt my rental to sell customers fuel. The van was noisy, tired and worn out. It could barely make it up hills and always seemed like it was going to quit on us. Ashtray full of butts and smelled like stale smoke. The back was clean easy to load, however.

This is the second time that Ive used this facility as a drop off location and the second time that Ive had an issue. I can understand having an issue once, but twice? Come on!!!!

Estoy muy decepcionada del servicio de uhaul porque me cambiaron el horario de recogida por mas de tres veces para por ultimo cancelarme el servicio porque no tenian camiones,,despues de hablar con mas de 6 personas incluidos supervisores y personal de la corporación finalmente me dieron mi reserva,,,me causaron un gran inconveniente y muchas molestias, no recomiendo para nada que usen uhaul, si no tienen suficientes camiones no ofrezcan el servicio

Person is store is selling gas, food and renting trucks all by himself in the morning. Took a long time to rent truck. Truck had one headlight out and the other pointing towards the ground. No night check-in and had to call in and have bill corrected.

I had requested 24 moving pads and they told me I could only have 12 because they needed them for other customers. When I got home there were only 8 in the bag. My order was placed over 4 weeks in advance and I contacted them the day before to verify my order. I had to go buy additional pads to protect my furniture. I have been a very loyal customer and this episode is causing me to consider using another rental company in the future.

The local stations were great, but the managers/schedulers changed my pick up point on the day before leaving. I had to drive almost 100 miles round trip to pick up the truck and bring it back to my starting location. All for a 150 mile trip to my new home. They did give me an extra day for it, but in the end it's just business for them so watch yourselves.

I reserved this online. Once I got to the store we had no reservation for me at all. And I never got the truck for a full day if I wanted to. Call the complaint a week ago but haven't heard anything back. Was looking for a refund due to the fact that we got sorted out of what I requested.

The trucks cabin was very dirty and with dried liquid spill. Had also reserved 12 blankets and non were available for my rental period. Safety a major issue. The airbag signal was illuminated, as well as check engine light. After 25 miles the truck lost engine power. Upon returning to rental location the vendor seemed not concerned.

Well first of all, I was told to take a picture of the mileage from start to finish, which I did.. but was basically called a lier and that my info was not accurate. Also when I started driving the service air bag light came on and stay on. I called the Sunoco were I rented it from and no one answered the phone a recording came on , so I left a message for someone to callback. No ever called me back ! I finished up around 3 or so and returned the truck. There was a lady behind the counter and rude at that!!!! I said to her I'm returning the truck and she said " did you fill it up".. I said no it's right above the full line...she said "no problem we will charge you 35 dollars to fill it"! So I got back into the truck drove it around to a pump and filled it. 10 dollars even. Both people obviously can't stand their jobs and need an attitude adjustment.. I would never recommend that Sunoco for uhaul to anyone that I know . I work in a profession where understand for a customer is a must !!they were nonshulant and rude. I have family in Massachettes that run a uhaul business out of their busdiness and my aunt would have never treated anyone with such disrespect.

The location I got the truck from was fine but it was 45 minutes from my house each way. That is a lot of driving on moving day! The locations that are just 10 minutes from my house did not have trucks. Since it was such a long drive, my only disappointment was that I had to pay for a lot of extra miles that I only had to drive because there were not trucks at the closer locations. I was only moving 0.5 miles. But the folks working at the location in Naples were very helpful and professional. So that was nice. And ordering three the 800 number worked much better this time than last time. Even though the location did not have the 17 footer I ordered thru the 800 number, they did scramble to make sure I got something. Yes, I will use you again .

Had to call 3 times before someone could give me a location to return truck. Sorry but the people on the phone were not very professional and had bad customer service experience. First (2) reps put me on hold and hung up. Wasted almost 45 minutes just to get a location drop-off unacceptable.
