It seems extremely unfair to me to pay $1.19 per mile and turn around and have to fill it with gas. In addition to paying for the daily usage of the vehicle. U-Haul should really revisit this price gouging parade that they have going on. Marching inflation and high prices in one by one.

The windshield inside and outwindows were filthy

Robert WThe gentleman at the actual location was great a very accommodating. The regional office or corporate reservation was NOT. They cancelled my reservation twice, but the local office worked with them to put it back into place and get me the equipment I needed. Prior to showing up on site -- this was probably my worst U-Haul experience to date. Again -- the local office where we did the pick up and actually worked with folks face to face -- they were great! Tighter location -- but they helped us hook up the trailer and coached me through a couple things with the rig because it was larger.
