Well you should make sure people get the truck they place a reservation for and not pull the nonsense we don’t have a truck and upsell the larger truck, I thought if you don’t have the truck we place a reservation for we would get a credit…typical bs from companies tho,
RAMON NA strong odor of pee was by the parked trucks. The system was very slow to process the rental transaction. I will use this location again because the hours of operation are very convenient than other locations. Staff was pleasant.

Patrick WTruck smelled like pure urine. this is a gas station that is flooded with migrant workers that are pulling on your arm asking for money & work. Felt like i was in a third world country. Nobody even showed me to the truck I had to find it around back. There was a homeless person sleeping under the front bumper.

TIMOTHY DI had my pick up location switched from a place closer to my house to a place 20 minutes further away. I went there on my scheduled day and time and they did not jave a truck there. They called around and found a truck 20 minutes away. It made me kate to meet my movers also reserved through fhe u haul website.
MATTHEW LStaff was friendly. Was checked in and out quickly. The truck has seen better days and was in desperate need of a front end alignment and cleaning. Driver side sun visor was broken off and in the dash. Was not aware there was a mileage charge that essentially doubles the cost of the rental. Definitely will shop U-Haul in the future. The survey should be more focused on the condition of the truck and the rental experience as a whole. I was at the location 10 minutes. I was in the truck for hours.

ANDREW KWhen I picked up the truck in Myrtle Beach I was told to return it with the same amount of gas. The truck had a quarter tank of gas with 114 miles. I returned the truck to Sunoco and purchased $28.91 in gas at the station. I put in more than a quarter tank of gas with 136 miles. I showed the employee on the truck dash that I added gas to exceeded the quarter tank of gas. The next day it charged my credit card $58.50, $30.00 fuel charge and $28.50 for gas. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company. This business is a scan and U-Haul should not do business with them.

LUIS CMy experience was great, no wander why you don't rent leasure vehicle with you system. Not having to go to a front desk to rent is a great plus. very satisfied.

PETER CThe location is in the ghetto of Naples and it’s half gas station which wouldn’t be a big deal if the owners spoke good English but they don’t. So trying to explain the mileage issue to them was hard and then they charged me anyways, I blame this location and the uhaul customer service number for failed to actually check mileage photos I submitted when picking up the truck and changing the information. Worst uhaul experience ever.

Emily HThe van had not arrived from the previous user and when I called to let the owner of the store know I was on my way and I was going to be about a half an hour late for pickup is when I was informed. I said to him can you call and find out when it will return and he was like Duh!! I guess I can. My rental was over an hour late and when he finally showed up the store owners took their sweet time to check me out. The van was dirty and stinky. I brought it back early. I will go to a different location next time because this location is completely oblivious to what’s going on and doesn’t care about inconveniencing the UHaul customers.
Elizabeth RIt was just a run down gas station, there were rental trucks scattered around in random and inconvenient places. The key drop-box was easy to find.

JOY DThe U-Haul reservation system is disingenuous to the customer. Reservations are made with false promises to loop a customer into the system, but then everything is changed prior to the actual vehicle pickup. The reserved size truck was not available which forced me into a larger, less efficient truck for what I needed causing me to spend more money in gasoline to use the larger truck. The location was also not what was promised in the reservation and took an extra hour of time for me to get the truck and get it back to where I needed it. I would give the reservation system 2 out of five stars.

GABE PThe truck was late returning and the cargo box looked like they'd been hauling drywall or concrete. The attendant swept it out the best he could, but it really needed a thorough cleaning. The truck had no fuel and was running a check engine light. The location did the best they could under the circumstances but the previous renter made it a less than an ideal rental. The truck ran fine but seems to be due for some maintenance based on the engine light.

Luis FVery bad service, I was way over charged for no reason at all, I returned the truck with more gas than it was given to me and we didn't use almost nothing in mileage, $144 is an exaggerating cost for renting the truck for 10 hours, not satisfied at all.

MIke hMake sure you give correct information, actually check/clean the truck before you rent it to someone, and provide solutions for incomplete reservations.
Alexandra RThe service was great, very friendly! The only thing is I had my 12-year-old son with me and don't like bringing him to places that sell crack pipes. It was a gas station/smoke shop. Again, the service was great! I first ordered what I thought was a Sprinter van, but it was just a normal van so what I was transporting would not fit and the guys had no problem changing it to a box truck. And when I say crack pipes, I don't mean for pot, I mean they had like 2 plastic gumball-type containers filled with clear, glass crack pipes. Just not a conversation I wanted to have with my son just yet.

Jaime HVan was filthy inside when I picked it up. Really gross with old food in cup holders and used napkins scattered in the front. I took pics and submitted to the site when picking up and was charged a $25 cleaning fee. I requested a refund and received no answer.
