Only issues were, I booked the truck from Bergenfield (near my area) and windup getting from Paramus. When I completed the process I couldn’t get the keys for the truck. I called and messaged the customer service to get the passcode for the locker and no luck. After waiting almost 30 minutes thankfully the gas station manager came and helped me out.

Uhaul says you can pick up keys at the counter- don't do it b/c they don't have anything to do with the Sunoco employees and those poor guys had no clue what I was talking about. You NEED to download the UHaul app and get the codes from a lockbox to use this location.

Jermaine LFirst uhual reservation was at 7:30 the keys were not left in the lockbox at a different location we had to book this one last minute and when we returned this one I was called two days later saying you didn’t recieve my returned uhual which infuriated me because the whole interaction with uhual was awful from the begining. The being told I still have a van I returned two days ago felt like a slap in the face. Next time I move I will go with any other company out there then uhual. Unreliable, your book and records are a joke saying I didn’t return a van days later when it was dropped off same day is unacceptable service .
