First uhual reservation was at 7:30 the keys were not left in the lockbox at a different location we had to book this one last minute and when we returned this one I was called two days later saying you didn’t recieve my returned uhual which infuriated me because the whole interaction with uhual was awful from the begining. The being told I still have a van I returned two days ago felt like a slap in the face. Next time I move I will go with any other company out there then uhual. Unreliable, your book and records are a joke saying I didn’t return a van days later when it was dropped off same day is unacceptable service .
