Harry DSunrise Auto was fantastic!! They hooked up the trailer for us, change out our receiver and then hooked the trailer back up and checked everything to make sure all was working okay. They were extremely friendly and helpful.

RODRIGO AI rented a U-haul truck to move from Florida to Ohio. Ok had made reservations a week out. Got there the morning of and that location didn’t have my size truck I had reserved. They put me in touch with another location and I went there, did all the paperwork and left. Got out of the U-haul location parking lot and engine light came on, turned truck around and took it back. They gave me another one, got down the road and same thing; the engine light came on. I took it back. They gave me a third truck and sometime around my second fill up of gas which was in Georgia, engine light came on. Continued to be on all the way to Ohio. That was problem number one. Second, when you filled up gas tank gas gushed out from the top and bottom of the tank. I am not talking about it over flowing from me putting too much gas in. It was overflowing from every direction. Not only was that costly it was dangerous. I will be contacting corporate on this matter.

LUIS GI had a super great experience with my 5×8 rental trailer. The location I rented from had a few things to be desired, but the staff were awesome. This hole in the wall place was anything but. It's a simple old service station with tons of inventory and obviously very popular. That was the location... as far as the equipment i was very impressed about the cleanliness and traceability of the trailer. there was zero swing during travel. really didn't even notice the trailer when I went around town from the house to storage to the highway, this is a super nice little unit. Highly recommend the location and 5x8 trailer.
ERIC HU-Haul charges too much, especially with the terrible service. I have used U-Haul over a hundred times, through my name and others. The services, prices and material have only gotten worse with time. I will never return as a customer and will encourage others not too as well unless I am compensated with either a partial refund or full reimbursement.

David M1000 Mile Trip using a 4' high 4x8 trailer. Trailer appeared to have been recently serviced with Brand New Tires mounted and balanced. Wiring Harness looked brand new as well. It pulled very well behind a F-150 Super Crew w/ 6.5" bed at Interstate Speed Limits. (Loading trailer is crucial). The F-150 reported a right trailer light out several times during the trip, but i confirmed that all the trailer lights were working despite the dash notification of a light outage. It seemed to do that when we ran through some weather (wet). The trailer appears to have all LED Lights. Maybe the wet conditions affected the impedance slightly enough to trigger the light out notification. Pick up Location office was small and very busy! But the folks there were efficient and professional and got to us fairly quickly. They also were very thorough in hooking up and checking everything over before sending you on your way.
